Shipping policy

If your shipping address is an apartment, please note that we are not responsible for packages that are misplaced or not delivered directly to your mailbox. We package and ship orders but take no responsibility for what the post office does with your package once it leaves our facility.

We will not replace or refund any packages not delivered to you once they leave our facility. We can and will provide proof of the package being delivered, but DO NOT guarantee where it is delivered.
