Boysenberry Brisket Beef Jerky

We make this for Knotts Berry Farm each year when they have their Boysenberry Festival and for private label clients.

This is one of our best jerky flavors and it's gluten-free! I know it isn’t traditional, but shouldn’t jerky have a character of its own?
